HollyFaye
How do you know if you have them as been looking at new tyres and most fitters don't fit tpms valves and online they don't say if the charge
stef123
It won't matter to any decent tyre fitter if it has tpms valves or not, there is a 'procedure' for another word to use when removing or installing a tyre so the valve doesn't get trapped or damaged. It's nothing special.

Alot of tyre fitters leave the rubber valve in as they cost more than a normal tyre valve and probably don't keep them . Ford recommend the valve is replaced when fitting new tyres. The sensor is screwed to the valve and can be swapped to new valves. As stef said , tyre fitters should remove the tyre without damage to sensors.
