Lilsautoford
Hi all will a blank off on EGR cause any MIL or similar come on, on a 2004 1.8 TDDi Endura engine? Any advice most welcomed
isetta
i don't know, but MIL being on is not a MOT failure on a diesel car of that age (2004), in case you were worried from that aspect

The blanking plates are cheap (make sure it's steel and NOT aluminium) my 1.8 TDCi runs much better when blanked so I don't think you've got much to lose by giving it a try.
