JimCopeman Posted October 13, 2019 Share Posted October 13, 2019 I have a 2011 Galaxy. Every time I play music via the BT audio, the sound crackles. I’ve just installed the 2012 update that I found free online but that hasn’t solved the issue. I was wondering if there is another software update for the bluetooth or if not, whether I should change the bluetooth module. if I have to do change the bluetooth module, how would I go about this as I can’t find instructions online.
