James
The glass screen on my fuel gauge is cracked. Is the glass piece easy to replace or would I have to get a new fuel gauge? It's more a cosmetic thing but its annoying to look at ha. The crack has gotten bigger and there are splinters coming from the crack not shown in the picture. Is it worth even replacing? JW1982
The glass (plastic) is part of the complete instrument cluster and not seperately available. To fix this you either have to replace the complete instrument cluster or buy a donor instrument cluster from eBay and use this to repair your instrument cluster. When buying a donor instrument cluster you have to make sure to buy the correct one. You need a Level 3 instrument cluster (large full color display). The Level 1 and Level 1+ instrument clusters (smaller monochrome display) have a different front part which does not fit to the Level 3 instrument cluster.
