Mk2 Programmable steering

Featured Replies

I am still having a issue with a vibration through steering wheel at 52 mph onwards I have changed all suspension componants, driveshafts, wheel hubs and bearings , brakes, Rack ends and track rod ends.

So now I have noticed that it that if I am on motorway it does it so did A test coming off motorway m1 to m18 it sweeps round if I put pressure on steering it appears to go same if doing other direction  it only vibrates in relax position or when no pressure on rack ,I have just had it tracked with a computer tracking system I did change back to 16" alloys with continental Tyres.

Does the car system need reset when altering tracking and changing pump which I have done allthough system works fine or is there a switch or sensor on rack that says when when steering centred

Any help really appreciated
