DTC Injector max learning limit?

Hi, I done a scan on my mk3 focus 1.6 tdci and there was a dtc - cyl 2 injector pilot at max learning limit. Does anyone know what this is and if it's a problem? Now I have noticed that the car has had extra vibration, not by a large amount though, at idle lately?

    It means the injector is worn further than the PCM can adapt to it.  Eventually you'll need a new injector but it sounds like it's not causing any major problems yet.
