Ford Focus Mk2 (2010) Sony system issue

Hi all,

I recently got a Ford Focus (caravan) MK2 2010. For about a week the bluetooth module worked flawlessly (for phone conversation and music plays), and today I of course pressed the VOICE button and everything went to .....(unfortunately my car is imported from Italy and the language (audio) of the car is Italian, so jokingly I only said bluetooth and then telefone, didn't understand anything after that so I waited until the voice command was cancelled due to non activity). Now the issue is that when I connect my device via bluetooth I can make calls, but cannot stream music. If I popup youtube and press play there is no sound and it stops playing after 1 second. The same if I play an mp3 or any other sort of audio. Tried with 5 phones to no avail even tried with a PC.

Now I tried the standard stuff:

- removed all devices from the stereo + also remove the device in my phones
- turned off bluetooth in the car, restarted the phones
- turned bluetooth back on repaired the devices nothing happened.

I browsed around the net and found that sometimes it helped to remove the car battery for 20 min and reconnect them. But than mostly people state that they need a key to unlock the stereo. Since the car was imported getting the key is near impossible to get and than I would have a totally different problem, so I'm leaving this option as a last resort.
