2012 focus cmax 1.6 tdci wont start when warm

Featured Replies

Mk2 cmax 1.6 tdci 8v same engine as mk3 focus.

engine will not start when warm,  changed cam and crank sensor, injectors, fuel rail sensor, clocks and pcm and all the relays and checked loom.

There is no power going to the piezo injectors when its warm, would anyone know what controls injector pulse other than cam, crank and pcm on this. No faults on pcm

I don't know the answer. but when warm is the starter motor turning the engine at the right speed and it just won't fire up, or does the starter motor not activate.

has it had a decent fault code reader put on it to check for fault codes.

I don't know if fuel pressure sensor would stop the signal to injector.
