Hi,

i have a 2011 Titanium Focus with the Sony DAB stereo.

I want to update to the latest firmware. Can anyone advise where this can be downloaded, and give me a guide to installing please?

    This thread has the link for the update ford produced with instructions on how to install. 

    As far as I know that is the only update available for pre SYNC units.

    However the link to the firmware download no longer seems to work. Does anyone have an updated link I can get this from please?

    Thanks, found the download. I’ll give it a try this weekend.

    The problem I’m trying to resolve is that I can’t use voice control to dial a name from my phonebook. However on my wife’s 2012 Focus with the same stereo, I can simply say ‘dial Dave’ and it will work.

    Is updating the firmware likely to solve this?
