After much deliberation and several posts on here i have finally ordered my new car, woohoo...

After originally ordering a 5 door 1.6 TDCI Titanium with X Pack and Tech Pack i have settled for a 3 door 1.6 Petrol (MK5) Titanium with X pack and Dress up kit in sea grey.

I will miss my old mark 4 fiesta when my new car arrives in 4 weeks but heyho onwards and upwards..

Is my choice a good choice?

If I'm honest you got the perfect Fez... I was going to get your spec (but TDCI) but was just out of my budget.

Dont worry about what other people think, Sounds like your sorted with a awesome car.

Personally, I still love mine. The engine just keeps giving :D

I take it you mean MK7 ..Not MK5?

Mines in Sea Grey, its not as hard to keep clean as a white or black car. But when clean still looks STUNNING!

Now you play the waiting game

Yeah it is the MK7 Fiesta but with the new Stage 5 (not MK5) Petrol engine (well thats what the dealer told me if that makes sense)

Yeah i wanted the TDCI but ford no longer do the diesels with the X pack or 17" alloys so i settled for the petrol instead which i'm hoping i should still be able to get some good MPG if i drive carefully now and again...

I'm on an average of 39.8MPG on my petrol

Ive Only really pushed the engine hard ONCE and the "realtime" mpg was still above 35 mpg

Love it :D You will too

(Edit: By Hard ... I mean High'ish RPM in 5th gear, that's all :P )

Good choice, you won't regret going for the X pack and dress up kit at all, I assure you. :)
