My heated screen does not work. The switch lights up and the ribbon connectors are fully intact, but the screen does not heat and I cannot hear a relay click when pressing the button (which can be heard for the heated rear screen).

Does anybody know the replacement relay(s) code? Cannot find anything anywhere. I'm guessing it's a fairly standard relay used across multiple makes and models but I just can't find anything!

On my fiesta I can hear relay click for rear screen but not the front, although front works. I do not know for sure but I am guessing the rear relay is in the car and the front relay is under bonnet. also front only works with engine running so even if you stick your head under bonnet I do not know if you would hear the click with the engine running.

That's interesting, thanks for the heads up.

When the engine is running I can hear the definite click of a relay when I switch the rear screen on and off, but nothing for the front and it does not work at all.

I have found the fuses for each side of the screen and they are perfect, so I'm presuming it must be a relay.
