Hi guys I have a Ford Focus zetec 1.8 2008 and my oil is going really quickly I have put about 8L in the car in about 5 months and also seems like it’s lost power as well can any one help please

No obvious signs of leaks? Like oil pooling under car when sat overnight.

Is there any blue smoke coming from the exhaust especially on a cold start or booting it from the line?
