i have a 2007 ford focus 1.6i 4 door hatchback mk2 model, this car is not starting, there is no signal from the key to the ecu, i have checked all the fuses and relays and its fine, i have put this car on a diagnosting machine and the fault says transpondent key not responding but i was told the computer is damaged,  can this be the computer box fault, key fault, crank sensor fault, ignition fault, any ideas or advice.

i will really appreciate it if anyone can give me something so i can fix this car asap.

    Is the key original? The original key includes a chip that communicates with the immobilizer. If it's not present then it will be immobilized.
