High beams

Featured Replies

Hi all new here so bear with me!

I brought a 08 focus Mk2 Zetec 1.6 as a bit of a project really. I get board easily so wanted something that I could really get my teeth into and enjoy doing!

bonnet lock was the first job- easily done and sorted thought it was going to be a nightmare but turns out it wasn't.

then noticed my headlights aren't working right further inspection my high beams are not working at all on either side ... quick fix I thought changed the bulbs still not working.

I've done some reading and think I need to look into the fuse box but not wanting to mess around until I know I'm sure!

I don't think I'm getting the high beam sign on my dash either?

Am I right to look at the fuses and if so anybody have a diagram of fusebox?

Fuse would definitely be worth checking next but I don't know which one.  Did you get a handbook with the car?  The fuses are listed in there if so.

I have early and late mk2 fuse diagrama in PDF format via my guides link below (visible on PC).
