I have a 2010 focus. The interior lights and cigar/power socket isn’t working. I’ve checked the fuses and changed the bulb, but this doesn’t seem to have worked. Is there something else I should check? It’s odd they both stopped at the same time.

    Indeed, they're on separate fuses.  When you're in the car with the engine running if you leave a door open, does it show a message on the dash to show that a door is open?

    Something is disconnected/loose somwhere.

    It may have had an aftermarket head unit or alarm system at some point and something has got dislodged.
