Just out of curiosity, Do your cars with factory fitted LED headlights have Headlight washers? I'm sure a read a few years ago that cars with HID/Xenon lights had to have washers and auto levelling by law to stop/reduce glare. Are LEDs different?  My brothers car (non-ford) has Full LEDs and both washes and levelling.

No washers on mine.

I have the full LED headlights on mine, I hope they have good longevity, seen as it’s a complete unit that would need to be replaced, I can imagine they are quite pricey.

Anyone happen to know the price of a complete LED headlight unit?

I know it'll have the Audi tax added, but my S4 with the Matrix LED headlights were £1,600 each so I doubt you'd see much change from £1,000 for the Fiesta headlights.  But that's just a guess.

The Audi A4/S4 model I had came with washers for the Matrix LED headlights but not the standard LED headlights (washers were an option for them though).

Wow, hope they last!

I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my 70 plate fiesta replacing my 18 plate and the lights came on during the drive home. The new led headlights are way better than the halogens.

Perhaps I've misread some of the thread but my MY2021 ST Line X hasn't got the full LED setup but was shown as having the LED Dipped beam, BUT, I do also have the headlight levelling dial in the middle of the light control?

LED dipped beam is still a normal 'bulb' essentially, you would need to level it manually if you load up the boot.  Only the adaptive lights are self levelling so come without the level dial.
