Ford focus 2012 Titanium wont rev over 2000

Hello, I've looked over forums but couldn't find the same problem.
When i start the car it will rev over 2000 and drive for a second and it will rev down to 2000 and won't go over it.
I had check engine light for O2 bank 1 sensor 1, Changed it and still does the same thing.
When i'm standing still and press gas in Neutral or P its same deal.
Thank you.
