Looking for Ford oval gel replacement...

The front oval on my grill is showing it's 15 years and I want to tart it up with a simple gel overlay (not a cheap decal). The genuine replacement badge is over £40! LOL I'm old but my faculties still tell me that is a ridiculous price for a bit of plastic!  I can see loads of Ebay listings, but not specifically what I'm looking for, nothing 'custom', just a standard Ford Oval overlay. Anyone ever got one before?

    Try DMB...though as they're now licenced again the prices have gone up!

    I know a guy, he did all mine. I can try and put you in touch with him if you want? I got the wheels, front and rear and steering wheel done for £25 I think it was. Excellent quality. Will do any Font, colour or design you want - or genuine ford colours and logo if that's what you want.

    Do they include a degreasing wipe with them or do you need your own? Just got the black chrome been waiting forever for them to be back 😃

    I'm awaiting mine, so don't know. However, if you have a can of 'lighter fluid' (£1, from PoundLand), just squirt some on a clean cloth and it's great for degreasing, or in the unlikely event you may have some 'rubbing alcohol' (isopropanol) it's good too.

    This stuff is good aswell got oil off my engine and under the car when my gearbox spewed and I used it to to degrease my lip before painting it with outstanding results and it's still not stone chipped yet 😃

    They included an alcohol wipe when I bought mine...but that was 2015!

    Yeh got mines today and they do include the wipe in a nice resealable package with a ford licensed badge on it. The steering wheel one is a bit Ill fitting still see slight bit of blue but looks nice. Will do the rest when it's not so damp outside.
