Hey Guys and Girls

newbie here.
Had the mk4 st line 1.5 diesel since August and I’ve never been happier with a car. Such a good looking car inside and out. Bought it as an ex demo and now we have 20k on the clock. 
Ive noticed a few times recently that when the car is started the front fogs are on. Tonight I’ve noticed that just the LHS fog is on. By chance we saw another mk 4 tonight driving with one fog on so this makes me thinks it a common problem. 
any thoughts?

    Not a fault.
    The foglights on the mk4 also function as cornering lights.
    The corresponding light turns on when you corner and both come on when you select reverse.

    Happy to help.

    My last car had seperate cornering lights in the main headlight unit so took me a couple of days to suss that my new cars foglights took over the task.

    To light the front corners up as you reverse.
