Hi guys got a 19 plate focus at line, the audio is off and cannot turn it on, even won’t let me click on the radio option everything else works just not the audio on it even when I play through my phone. Any ideas?

    If all the Audio options in your Sync Screen are greyed out as well then it is most likely to be a hardware problem and you need a new radio.

    Check the Audio and any related fuses in the Passenger Fuse Box and try pulling them and leaving them out for a while just in case it software related.

    Your Warranty will cover the problem, but make sure you get a courtesy car because if you do need new hardware it can take 2 weeks for it to be delivered.
