change indicator bulb

Anyone had to change the front indicator bulb on the 2016 

C max . It looks a pain to do , any help appreciated.

Has anyone had this problem? seems the whole headlight has to be removed to replace a bulb...Baaaaaaaaaa

Yes you have to remove the headlight unit, it just 2 screws the pull the unit forward to disengage it from the mount then lift up, its a bit of a jiggle but not hard.

Managed to change the said bulb . What a stupid idea taking out the front headlight is, it took quite a struggle to get it out without damaging the surrounding paintwork. Surely this operation could be made much easier especially for the non DIYer. Possibly a removable panel at the top of the headlight cluster …...

It is a bit of a faff isn't it? I'm sure they could make it easier the MK 3 Mondeo was dead easy pull two pins and the units just lifted out, it got a bit more tricky on the MK4's you had to slacken of the grill mounts to get room to wiggle the head lights out, but on the CMax there is hardly any clearance, undoing other brackets made no difference, I've done a couple now and know how to wiggle the units.
