What a stupid idea taking out the front headlight is, it took quite a struggle to get it out without damaging the surrounding paintwork. Surely this operation could be made much easier especially for the non DIYer. Possibly a removable panel at the top of the headlight cluster …... pragmatix Posted February 14, 2020 Share Posted February 14, 2020 It is a bit of a faff isn't it? I'm sure they could make it easier the MK 3 Mondeo was dead easy pull two pins and the units just lifted out, it got a bit more tricky on the MK4's you had to slacken of the grill mounts to get room to wiggle the head lights out, but on the CMax there is hardly any clearance, undoing other brackets made no difference, I've done a couple now and know how to wiggle the units. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
