Won’t turn over at all

Hi, I’ve recently came into possession of a mk6 zetec S 55 plate, I got it after a guy had started to put a 2007, 1.6 engine in as the other one was goosed. Since then I have tried everything to get it to turn over but nothing, could there be a issue with pre -facelift and facelift? I’ve noticed some connections are different but nothing major. I’ve made sure everything is earthed and the battery is ok, immobiliser light is not flashing but does stay on, radio will come on and power to wipers etc, but when I go to start it won’t even make a noise. Any help or advice would be extremely appreciated.

Make sure the mega fuses and relays are all getting power,  one of these fuses can shut the car down

Tested all with a multi metre and all are ok, can any sensors shut the car down? Thinking incase the guy previous hasn’t connected one back or something

Tested starter motor today and works fine tested the earths etc and they are all fine it’s like the car isn’t putting any power to the starter

Immobiliser is stuck on, you said it yourself in the first post lol.

The ECU clocks and key fobs are all coded so if any of those have been changed without coding it won't start.
