Hi all I have 1.4 tdci fiesta and the left inner joint is stuck in the gearbox

Any one have any idea how how to get it out as I am doing a clutch

Is it the N/S one or the O/s one. The n/s often is stubborn as hell to get out. Leave it in. Pull box out with it installed. If not pull the CV boot off and separate the joint leaving the inner in the gearbox.
