Help on drivers side wing removal on fiesta mk7

Good evening, 

Thanks to an idiot during the night I now have to replace the above. I believe  Its held in place with 10mm bolts , however how the hell do you get to the two bolts holding the the wing in place below the front quarter light ???? I can see the bolts but cant get to them because of the quarter light  seal.

Is it glued in ??? If someone can shed some light on this please
