Rear anti roll bar bushes

Can anyone advise how much I should be tightening new bushes on the rear anti roll bar bushes , Delphi ones (a very tough plastic/rubber} It seems you could overtighten thats all.

If you own a MK 1 as your profile suggests the rear anti-roll bar clamp bolts torque setting is 48Nm.A thank-you will suffice instead of disappearing into the ether without trace 👍

Just torqued up quite high ...well higher than I thought and thinking it must be up to length of the thread available anyway.
