As it's a pre-facelift, the replacement coolant hose isn't much better than the original. It's likely to break again eventually. You can upgrade to the facelift hose system which is much more reliable. A 2014 1.0 EcoBoost should have had the coolant hose recall, and the clutch slip detection recall, if neither of those are showing as outstanding on ETIS then it's had them done already. 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
