Just picked up the above.  Does anyone know if there is a screen lock on the touchscreen as mine doesn’t do anything .... time stuck. Only just picked it up and wondered if there was one before I went back to the dealer.  Thanks

    No screenlock, sounds like its just frozen. Do a soft reset . With Sync3 on press and hold power on/off and skip forward until screen goes blank or blue then should reset . It's in the handbook under Sync3 Troubleshooting.

    And then go on the Ford UK website and update it.

    Once it's updated turn off wi-fi and automatic updates
