I note that the standard warranty for a Ford in the UK is 3 years, I now live in Spain and purchasing a new Ford Focus and the standard warranty is only 2 years, very strange, Anyone know why its only 2 years in Spain and do the standard warranty lengths differ in other countries?

    A possible reason for a year shorter warrantee could be that over what would be a 3 year warrantee period the amount of siestas taken equates to one year.
