Picked up a 2018 focus the other week and noticed it has no engine cover on it . Do these come as standard or not?

    Ford pick and choose what does and doesn't have one. You can buy aftermarket from pumaspeed for example or ford part no 1806222. I think they just put a rubber strip round the bonnet instead.

    The Focus MK3 and early MK3.5 1.0 ECOboost did have the engine cover as standard. 

    In order to save costs Ford stopped installing the engine cover on the later Focus MK3.5 and MK4  1.0 ECOboost.
