Unfortunately consumer grade workshop manuals don't exist for the ST.. The standard Haynes manual covers the majority of non-engine-specifics, yet the original Ford owners manual that comes with the car is actually very well detailed itself and worth looking at.

Car isn't an ST its a mk3 titanium x with the 2.0 tdci engine. Tried looking everywhere for a manual seems to be no love for the 2.0 models [emoji2369]

In my opinion the best available workshop manual is still the Ford Etis system. The Etis system is currently web based and paid access is avalable for everyone. after registration as a independent user. Just buy access for 1 or 2 Hours and view/download (print to PDF works great for example) all information you want.

If you do not want to pay for official access there are also less legal ways to obtain the Etis information. Until approximately 2018 Ford used the older PC based version of the Etis software in some countries. Several VMWare images of this software can be found online as free download.

Gotcha, what is it you're looking to do? Chances are a standard Haynes will do you well for all but the most specific of engine related items; following on from there the standard Ford manual really is a wealth of information if you need it - Definitely worth checking out that and of course, YouTube where applicable!
