problem with delphi 150 interface

Hi, I have a Ford Focus 2009 1.9 diesel engine, please if you can help me, I have a delphi 150 interface and it doesn't recognize my car anymore:
I connect it to the laptop I do the test but when I go to check it shows that as in the picture I put in the topic, it does so after I had the following problem,
I went by car and all of a sudden I lit all the bulbs on board and the clocks went crazy after which the car stopped but after I stayed for a few minutes I managed to start it, but this did it several times until I stopped. I managed to start it again, after which I searched and kept asking until I was led to a tradesman, he told me that the problem is on board and to remove the board and send him that he can fix it that this problem is at all the fords like mine, I unplugged the board and sent it to repair but after repairing it and put it back I found that I still have the Engine control on and I tried to connect the interface dr says he can not communicate with the car from ami repair on board the interface went on my car, I tried and on another car the interface works well,

and how to calibrate tools onboard, diesel and water
