Focus GPF FSA?

Featured Replies

Just had a look at the service intervals on ETIS online for my new Focus, 2019 1.0 Ecoboost and noticed this:

Outstanding field service actions:

19U08 - FOCUS 1.0L PETROL GPF REGENERATION

Does anyone have any info on what this is for? Is it a recall etc? DVLA shows no outstanding recall.

Thanks

It's not a recall, just a service action. It means it will be done on the next visit to a Ford garage, such as when you next get it serviced, or if you visit with an issue related to it.

It's probably just the software update which has caused some people to keep getting GPF blocked messages.

It's nothing urgent and unless you are having problems, I wouldn't worry about it until after the current situation is over, or just get it done at your next service.
