The Focus can have all 4 electric windows, or electric front & manual back windows. The locking system is completely different between the two.

With front only electric, the locking is controlled by relays in the GEM (aka BCM). With all electric there are door modules in the front doors that take commands from the MS-CAN bus, that control front door locking & windows, and also pass on commands to the back doors.

If you have (and had) 4 electric windows, Forscan will aid in locating faults in the door modules or the wiring.
