Heleas03
Hello guys, I’ve found a very intriguing event with my car. (Ford Focus 2006 mk2 1.4 petrol) I live in europe, so I usually fill my tank with OMV austrian petrol, but I wanted to try Shell, so I gave it a go. The other morning the car was throttling and almost died down. After each and every “first start up of the day” the car throttled until I emptied the fuel tank and refilled with OMV and the problem was gone. What could it be? Is the two fuels so different? billyboy
My Focus runs perfect on Shell V Power, maybe your filling station had a bad batch of fuel, I should try a different filling station and see what happens.
