focus 2.0 tdci brakes and suspension swap

Hello.
1. I would like to ask if anyone know, can i put suspension (shock absorbers, springs, anti-roll bars) plug and play to focus mk3 2.0 tdci from ST 2.0 tdci ?

Or maybe some of you have any other ideas for suspensions?

2. I have ebc green stuff for this focus but I would like to have stronger brakes.
From what I read on the forums I can put on brakes with mk3 st 320mm:
- front brake anchor plates,
- brake discs,
- brake calipers,
and will it fit?
Does the master cylinder also need to be changed?
If I change brakes to st, then I need 17" rims or is 16" enough?
