FordApp stopped working, but is it worth bothering with?

I used my car several times since the last recorded 'updated' journey was recorded, on 22nd March, by the app. It has stopped working. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, plus

sitting in the car with the FordApp dialogue on SYNC 3 showing 'there seems to be a problem' message.

Just wondering if there is a 'fix' to get it working...should I bother anyway?! Does anyone find it useful, if so why?

I tried it once but couldn't find a use for it so I've never used it since, too much trouble.

I agree...just that I don't like giving up trying to fix things
