I have a 2009 focus, and I'm getting a code p0069, now I think I know it was something to do with maf sensor or map senor, as its down in power and mpg is low but a friend of mine said it could be the dpf sensor that is causing the code to show up, is this possible?

    It's most likely a boost leak, check for any split or loose hoses/pipes between the turbo and intake.  You don't say which size engine you have but I'm assuming it's a diesel!  The metal pipes can also crack around the brackets so worth checking them too.  Signs of oil splatter around a pipe is usually a good indicator of a boost leak if you can't see any noticeable splits.
