Mk3 focus USB

Hi does the mk3 Focus only have one USB slot in the arm rest?

I think so but depending on the radio fitted you may be able to add a second one.

Mine is an early mk3 bt/voice Sony system with the single usb in the glove box.

Sync models have an extra mini usb port on the sync module itself that can be wired to an additional socket.

Thanks its a 2014 so I imagine it will be sync. Do you still get a cigarette power outlet too?

I'm pretty sure they are fitted in all models.

Mine has 2, one in front of the gear stick and one at the back of the arm rest for rear seat passengers.

SYNC 1.0 has an APIM (SYNC) module that supports 2 USB ports. In Europe the 2nd USB port is disabled by default. It can only be enabled by a suitable diagnostic system (For example with the Direct Config functionality of the UCDS system).

SYNC 1.1 has an APIM module that only supports 1 USB port (the 2nd USB port is no longer present on the 1.1 APIM module).
