Battery change and dashboard display

I have a focus 1.6 Ti-VCT 2009.

I had a 5 year old battery. The last month when i start the car the radio was off  for 2-3 seconds and then restarts. Twice trip computer lost the the average fuel consumption and it begun counting from 99.9 lt/100km. Everything was telling me that i need a new battery so i buy one and yesterday i put it myself.

When i went to work this morning the trip computer's display looks bizarre  but i could not understand what was.

i found an old photo of the display and then i figure out what it is.

This is the old photo and It has stripes between the lines

Today the display has dots (not a solid stripe) between the lines

Is there any problem ? there is no dtc code.

why it change the formatting ?

this is the third time that i change the battery myself. The two previous times it has not changed the format.

is there a way to make it look like before?
