    Make sure you have the drivers installed on your computer. What operating system are you running, windows 10 or 7 etc etc?

    im using a laptop with windows 7 on all drivers installed. i clear the errors but just keeps coming up

    Can you post a screenshot of the errors? Also, try a different USB port on the laptop. My cable sometimes throws a fit if I use the side USB ports rather than the one at the back etc etc.

    I can confirm I have one also, and from a UK online store but of course shipped from China and have a very good support agent if needed for it.

    Feel free to PM me to see if the setup was any different?
