Hi, I would like to know which engines WILL fit a 2011 FORD FOCUS (mk3.5) TITANIUM X TURBO Hatchback 1596 cc Engine, I put the wrong engine oil in by mistake (same colour bottle) a couple of weeks ago and now the engine rattles like a thousand rattle snakes competing to be heard. current engine BY24910 code JQDB , cheers

    A JQDB engine is a 150 HP 1.6 ECOboost engine. This engine should be replaced by an engine with the exact same engine codes. 

    during (the relative short) production period of the 1.6 ECOboost there were many major changes. At some point Ford even changed the internal design of the cilinder head and engine block. Because of these major changes there are basically several different versions of the 1.6 ECOboost engine. For the early types of the 1.6 ECOboost engine original replacement engines or service engines are no longer available. Ford only offers the latest type of the 1.6 ECOboost as a replacement engine or service engine. Several (hardware/software) modifications are required to replace an older version of the 1.6 ECOboost by the latest version of the 1.6 ECOboost. A replacement engine from Ford including installation and modifications will cost much more money than the car is actually worth.
