Hello, are the exhaust manifolds completely different on the Ti compared to the std 1.6 please? I'm looking at a decat manifold on eBay with the hope of having a sports cat welded in.

    Unfortunately the cat is built into the manifold in the focus 1.6. The ti vct is the same but has a twin 🙀.

    If you want more air flow get a cat back or cheap out and get a resonator delete but be warned the res delete is noisy.

    I think I have a different manifold to that. I'm pretty sure mine is a single cat. Do you think that above decat manifold will fit please?

    Yes but you have have to take it off every year for MOT and it's not easy.

    There's a company in Cornwall who says they can fit that sports cat into the decat manifold. Wisbeck engineering. I know the Ti is much harder to tune but, I figure I can help the gases out with the above mods. So the manifolds are the same?

    Well I've had an email from bridgend Ford saying that the manifolds are the same on the 100 and the 115.
