Focus Service/Factory manual

Featured Replies

Does anyone know where I can get hold of these legit or otherwise, looking for both the 1.6 (2013) and 1.5 (2015) diesel variants. The former is for a full engine strip down/restore (long story) and the latter for the electric diagrams. All I can seem to find is the original Mk 3 or earlier manuals.

Thanks

In my opinion the best available workshop manual is still the Ford Etis system. The Etis system is currently web based and paid access is avalable for everyone (after registration as a independent user). Just buy access for 1 Hour or 1 Day and view/download (print to PDF works great for example) all information you want.

If you do not want to pay for official access there are also less legal ways to obtain the Etis information. Until approximately 2018 Ford used the older PC based offline version of the Etis software in some countries. Several VMWare images of this software can be found online as free download. Wiring diagrams however are not included in the offline Etis version.

Thanks, that's what I thought. The 1.6 is being thirsty with oil and has a fuel leak so it needs a full strip down for investigation and probable restoration, he was looking to figure out the best way to proceed and the various torque settings. He was quoted 1,200 before parts for the repair work, so whatever ETIS costs it'll still be cheaper. He's bought another 1.5 Diesel Focus as runabout but it's not been serviced properly the last few years so I dread to think what could be wrong with it. The electric diagrams are for myself as I was trying to figure out the wiring loom/controls for the doors and mirrors.
