Ford Focus Mk3 (2014) Headlights

Featured Replies

I am looking to buy new headlights as my driver side head light is damaged. I have a 141 Zetec S, imported from the uk to Ireland.

I have looked around for headlights and found a pair from the US. Not knowing a lot about cars I’m just wondering if anyone could tell me if these would work the same for my car, or are there any differences in the spec.

Thanks.

Headlights aim differently depending on drive side, US (RHD) headlights won't be correct for a UK car.

I do not know about Ireland but in Uk stuff from outside EU is subject to import duty and you also have to pay a service charge to Royal Mail for them to collect import duty. It is hit and miss if they catch you for import duty . But if there is any problem with the goods you end up out of pocket. Apart from that I agree with Tomsfocus
