MK4 Mondeo brake fluid change and bleed

Planning to change the brake fluid when I do the brakes, question is can the bleeding be done in any order since it's just a fluid change.  I'm asking because I can only do one side at a time.  Only parking I've got is a layby next to a busy road,. So was planning on the doing left hand side first, turning car around then doing the other.  Would there be any issues, doing one side at a time.
