Mk2 ST intercooler cold side AIRTEC "without symposer"

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

As your probably aware,  AIRTEC website isnt very informative.

Now I've a mk2 ST and upgrading my intercooler, I've bought silicone cold and hot side hoses to match.

Buying the cold side i had the option "with or without symposer". As I want to remove the symposer from the vehicle, i chose "without" but it has a small hole and bolt sticking out where the symposer leg would go, what is this for and is there a kit to apply to it to bung it up? Or have I bought the wrong one?

Should I of bought the "with" symposer and then a bung to go in the leg?

Many thanks

Matt
