Mk3 Focus common problems? Help a newbie!

Hi Ford folks,

I'm not a Ford owner yet, but I'm looking to buy a Mk3 Focus now that I need something with 5 doors to fit a child seat in. I'm going to look at one this afternoon and on paper it looks like exactly what I want - 2015 Ecoboost 125 Titanium. What scares me a little is the number of options it has that I've never had before (so far my cars have been in the 'less features means less to go wrong' category and the one car I have owned which was more on the tech side was a Renault Laguna with a fault list as long as my arm) I'm hoping I can draw on the experience of some friendly Focus owners.

Are there any common problems with:

Active City Stop, automatic wipers, cruise control with adjustable speed limiter, EBD, IPS, keyless start, MyKey, tyre pressure monitor sensor.

I know these features are old hat to some, but I'm on the cautious side especially because with a baby on the way I don't want to be forking out for repairs. Anything more generic that I should be looking out for when I view the car would be appreciated as well!
