    If you mean the bit hanging down, it's the OBD port cover, that you can also see in the picture.

    wires etc hanging below the dash reminded me of my dads 70s Lada !

    Every time my Vignale has been in to the Dealership it comes out with that cover hanging loose. How hard can it be for the supposed Ford Trained Technician to replace it😏
