Hi all I’m wanting to fit a ford sync 2 nav from a 2016 focus to a 2014 focus titanium is this possible ?

    Yes there's a guide pinned on this sub-forum. It's a lengthy job though requiring seats and carpet out as well as half the dashboard lol.

    It's a lengthy job alright, but it's not necessary to remove the seats and carpet.

    Have you had a look at this guide?

    It might be worth asking on that thread if there is anyone who lives close to you that would help out. 

    If you haven't got the sync 2 unit yet, you should look at going straight to the sync 3. I wish I did!!
