Power steering malfunction

I have changed my power steering pump on my mk 2 focus titanium 2.0 petrol due to the original having the high pitched squeal. It has solved the squeal but now when I start the car I get power steering malfunction message on the dash. How do I get rid of the message please? There are no codes in the ecu.

    not sure - but these ideas spring to mind

     

    re connect the wire to the pump / change the sensor / make sure the fluids in and the air out ?
